Returns & Refunds

Sometimes things don't work out the way we want them to, but hey, we want to make sure you're happy either way. We'd love to help you find a replacement product that will suit you down to the ground. If not, there are no hard feelings here at Bare Bar. We'll refund your order!

If for whatever reason you are still unsatisfied with our manly products, just get in touch with the team within 30 days of your products being delivered.

You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. If you wish to return any unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose items you may do so and we will pay for the shipping. However the product must be in it's original packaging, the product unused & in a saleable condition. Bare Bar has the right not accept a return should it be deemed to be fraudulent. Before sending any item back to us you must contact us first at customerservice@bare-bar.co.uk for a Returns number. No returns will be accepted without a Returns number.

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on bare-bar.co.uk that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the bundle discount you will be refunded with the full bundle value. For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
